3PM – Resistance Training

Tabata Dumbbell Complex
– 8 sets of 20″/10″ per exercise
– 2′ Rest between exercises

1. Two-Weight Pendulum Squat
2. Sky Reach
3. Rollback Stand-Up Shoulder Press

Notes: This simple 3-exercise Tabata, whole body, functional training only requires ONE pair of Dumbbells. I used the 12.5lb (5.5kg) ones. Anyone can do it!
