My Fatty Tasty Breakfast!

One of the perks of going on a cyclic-ketogenic diet is you get to enjoy all the tasty fats like Bacon, Eggs and Butter guilt-free! Here’s today’s breakfast: 

  1. Nitrate & Sugar-free Bacon (Garrett Valley)
  2. Cage free eggs (Sprouts)
  3. Steamed Cauliflower and Red Kale
  4. Kimchi
  5. Grass fed butter and Coconut oil
