- 14 cage-free organic eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2lb organic uncured beef sausages (nitrate-free)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped leak & spinach
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Sauté leak and sausages in grass-fed butter. Beat eggs, add cream, cheese and rest of ingredients in large bowl. Grease a large baking dish, pour in mixture, even out and place in oven until top surface browns (~30mins).
Additional sides
- Sautéed baby bell peppers
- Steamed yellow cauliflower
- Cinnamon-thyme flavored leftover brown rice simmered in the juices oozed out from the sausages. (Da Bomb!)
