Every day I start my day with a long list of To-Dos but rarely ever complete them. Sure, I feel disappointed but I don’t beat myself up because I got distracted or had to prioritize some time for something else.
Throughout the day, I constantly remind myself of my 3 biggest goals in life so that everything I do has to somehow relate back to these and keep me moving forward toward them. I feel content that even the little things that I have to sacrifice some time on can be justified this way. Example, taking time to prepare a healthy meal instead of ordering fast food deliveries because I have to meet my assignment deadlines.
