Hill Sprints: One of the Most Efficient Workouts


Found a new spot for hill sprints the other day! โ›ฐ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

This takes me about 2 mins but itโ€™s so steep that Iโ€™m unable to sprint all the way up. (I end up power walking the last bit) ๐Ÿ˜


I believe sprinting is an important part of a balanced fitness plan. As important as strength building and long-slow cardio.

Furthermore, hill sprints are a really effective way of working out and revving up your metabolism!

4 hard sets up the hill with easy jogging down might only take you 20 mins but is a hellava workout! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป

Do this twice a week and feel the difference in both your energy and overall fitness! (Plus the prolonged and increased โ€œafterburn or fat-burning effectโ€ it has in the hours to days that follow is totally worth it ๐Ÿ˜‰)
