Your Daily Dose of “Green Medicine”

Even though you’re in lockdown, don’t forget to get your daily dose of “green” medicine that is equally, if not as important as supplements and drugs for your immunity.

Once a week I like to go for some ALL-OUT SPRINTS!

This quick workout is hugely beneficial for your lungs, cardiovascular, respiratory and immune health ❤️

It floods your system with growth hormones and feel good endorphins…😌

… strengthens your musculoskeletal & neurological system, esp. your bones and joints💪🏻

and doesn’t tax your overall health and energy like chronic cardio 😵

Plus, I like to know that I can still sprint from a sabertooth tiger if they ever return 🐯 or some flesh eating zombies! 🧟‍♀️

It’s real simple and time efficient.

Just find a nice, long, steep hill to sprint up a few times… ⛰

… or a long, flat course like the wet sand on a beach (bonus points for sprinting barefoot!) 👣🏝

When you feel like your lungs have “expanded” and breathing feels different, that’s when you’ve done enough 👍🏻

Just remember to warm up well or go easy on your first set as a warm up to avoid strains/injury😁
