After all, we’ve lived so close to nature since the beginning of time. It is unwise (and unnatural) to abandon this connection.
Even if you are forced to stay indoors, you can connect by touching some indoor plants.
This releases ‘relaxing hormones’ that facilitate health and healing.
So do remember to take regular ‘nature-breaks’ throughout your day. You’ll find your mind clearing (from brain fog) and you becoming more productive too.
