Meditate to Boost Your Immune System!

This is an excerpt from one of my all-time favourite books: Radical Remission by Kelly Turner, PhD

Meditation produces high levels of melatonin to help you sleep easier and deeper, which in turn improves cellular clean up and detoxification.

Meditation also decreases stress and anxiety, which will greatly boost immune function.

and

Now isn’t that useful in this Covid pandemic?
