Do note as we age, there is a tendency towards hypo-thyrodism where the thyroid glad doesn’t function optimally and so the body’s metabolism slows down. This can slow down digestion, cause constipation, weight gain, brain fog/fatigue, dry skin, mood swings, insomnia etc.
